CANCELLATION

Cancel or reschedule any booked class free of charge up to 8 hours before it starts. Credits go straight back; drop-ins are refunded.

The credit is used, or the drop-in is charged. With 8 beds a late empty bed is a bed someone on the waitlist wanted.

Full class? Join the waitlist. When a bed frees up, the first person gets an email and text with 15 minutes to claim it, then it passes on.

If Sara has to cancel a class you get the credit back immediately and an email straight away — no quibble.
