Cancel or reschedule any booked class free of charge up to 8 hours before it starts. Credits go straight back; drop-ins are refunded.
Inside 8 hours or no-show
The credit is used, or the drop-in is charged. With 8 beds a late empty bed is a bed someone on the waitlist wanted.
Waitlist
Full class? Join the waitlist. When a bed frees up, the first person gets an email, an app notification if they have turned notifications on, and a text if they’ve opted in, with 15 minutes to claim it, then it passes on.
If we cancel
If we have to cancel a class you get the credit back immediately and an email straight away (and an app notification if you have turned them on) — no quibble.
Changing your mind (14 days)
The 8-hour rule is about a class you have booked for a fixed date. Separately, because you buy online, you have 14 days from purchase to cancel an intro, class credits, a pack or a membership — email hello@sarasreformer.co.uk and say which purchase. A single class booked for a fixed date and time is the one thing the 14 days do not cover. If you have taken a class in the meantime we keep a proportionate share for what you used and refund the rest. Full wording is in the terms.
