what we keep and why
What we collect
Name, email, phone, and the health notes you give us in the waiver. Payments are handled by Stripe — card numbers never touch our systems.
What we send
Transactional email only: welcome, booking confirmations, reminders (24h and 2h), waitlist offers, gift card codes, payment issues, one list confirmation, and one "booking is open". Optional SMS reminders. No marketing spam.
What we never do
Sell, rent, or share your details. Health notes are read by Sara only.
Your call
Email hello@sarasreformer.co.uk to see, change, or delete what we hold. Deleting means we can no longer hold your bookings.
