Where exactly is the studio?

Leamington Spa. The street address goes up the day the lease is signed — people on the list hear first.

Is there parking?

Parking details get published with the address.

I have never done pilates. Is that okay?

Yes — most people start as total beginners. Book Intro 3, do the waiver, tell us about injuries or pregnancy, and come 10 minutes early.

Do I need to be flexible?

No. Flexibility is a result, not a requirement.

What is the cancellation rule?

Cancel or reschedule free up to 8 hours before class. Inside 8 hours or a no-show, the credit is used or the drop-in is charged.

Can I gift a class?

Yes — gift cards from £25 to £250, code by email. Packs are personal; gift cards are the gift.

What do I bring?

Fitted kit, grip socks (required — £8 at the door if you forget), and water.

What if I am late?

The door closes 5 minutes after start — with springs involved, mid-class arrivals are not safe. The booking counts.
