Who you are dealing with
Saras Reformer is a trading name of KF01 LTD, company no. 17130830, VAT GB519105018. All prices include VAT and receipts go to your email.
Intro 3
Three classes for £33 with a pair of grip socks to keep — the intro for every new client, once per person. 21-day expiry, counted from purchase or from opening day if you buy before the studio opens. Once the 21 days are up, unused intro classes are not refunded.
Packs
5-packs expire 8 weeks and 10-packs 12 weeks from purchase — or from opening day if bought before the studio opens. Packs are for you, not a gift — gift cards are the gift product. Beyond the 14-day right below, an untouched pack may still be refunded pro-rata at studio discretion; once the expiry date passes, unused credits are gone.
Memberships
No long contract: minimum 8 weeks, then rolling monthly. Credits do not roll over. One pause (2–4 weeks) every 6 months. The Daytime membership books classes that start between 09:30 and 15:00, Monday to Friday, and nothing outside that window. Beyond the 14-day right below, the current period is not refunded. If a payment fails we retry for 3 days, then booking freezes until it clears.
Founding memberships
Eight classes a month at £129, limited to the first 50 people, with the price locked for 12 months from opening day. After that it becomes the standard 8-a-month membership at the price current at the time — we email you 30 days before. Reserving before we open saves your card and charges nothing: the first payment is taken on opening day and then monthly, and the 8-week minimum runs from that first payment. You can cancel a reservation any time before opening from your account or by emailing hello@sarasreformer.co.uk, and nothing is taken. If we have not opened by 31 March 2027, every reservation is cancelled and nothing is taken. The 14-day right below runs from the first payment.
Changing your mind (14 days)
You buy online, so the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 give you 14 days from purchase to cancel an intro, class credits, a pack or a membership and get your money back. Email hello@sarasreformer.co.uk inside those 14 days and say which purchase. The one thing the regulations leave out is a single class booked for a fixed date and time — that is a service for a specific date, so it follows the 8-hour rule instead. If you have already taken a class from an intro, pack or membership, the service has started at your request: we keep a proportionate share for the classes used and refund the rest. Nothing else on this page cuts that right short.
Gift cards
£25 to £250, sent as a code by email. Spend it on classes, packs and intros — not on monthly memberships, and not on another gift card. The balance can be spent across more than one purchase and does not expire. Apart from the 14-day right above, a gift card is not exchangeable for cash.
Referrals
Share your list link and, when someone who joined through it pays for their intro or a founding membership, one free class credit is added to your account — once per person you refer, on payment rather than on sign-up. It books any class and follows the 8-hour cancellation rule. It has no cash value and is not transferable.
In the studio
Grip socks are required — £8 at the door if you forget. The door closes 5 minutes after start; after that the class runs without you and the booking counts.
Bookings
One person per bed, max 8 per class. Drop-ins are charged when you book; packs and memberships are charged at purchase and booking deducts a credit.
