Who you are dealing with

Saras Reformer is a trading name of KF01 LTD, company no. 17130830, VAT GB519105018. All prices include VAT and receipts go to your email.

Intro 3

New clients only, once per person. Three classes, 21-day expiry from purchase. Unused intro classes are not refunded.

Packs

5-packs expire 8 weeks and 10-packs 12 weeks from purchase. Packs are for you, not a gift — gift cards are the gift product. Unused packs: pro-rata refund at studio discretion within 14 days, only if zero sessions used.

Memberships

Minimum 8 weeks, then rolling monthly. Credits do not roll over. One pause (2–4 weeks) every 6 months. The current period is not refunded. If a payment fails we retry for 3 days, then booking freezes until it clears.

In the studio

Grip socks are required — £8 at the door if you forget. The door closes 5 minutes after start; after that the class runs without you and the booking counts.

Bookings

One person per bed, max 8 per class. Drop-ins are charged when you book; packs and memberships are charged at purchase and booking deducts a credit.
